It was yet another beautiful sunny day in Copenhagen which called for celebration… hipster style.
We went to a very cute 1950’s styled ice cream parlour called “Hansens Flødeis “. The shoppe can be found on the corner of Nørre Farimagsgade and Frederiksbourggade which is a pretty busy part of town and close to the bridge called “Dronnings Louises Bro” (but we’ll come back to that soon). If you want to find some other recommended ice cream shoppes read this.
Hansens Flødeis is a great little shoppe. All their ice creams are preservative free (if that’s what you are into) and taste FANTASTIC (which is definitely what I am into). The servers are sweet, but they don’t take foreign credit cards, so go with cash.
After that we walked over to the Dronning Louises Bro which is the bridge I was talking about earlier. On sunny afternoons many many many people, specifically hipster people, go sit on the bridge chatting, relaxing, vibeing and catching some rays. So that’s just what we did and it was lovely. Two cheers for ice cream on a bridge with hipsters.
